Description
A letter from Colin Stewart in Pasadena, California to G.T. Russel [sic], Sales Manager at North Whittier Heights, in Los Angeles, California. 20 March 1917. It should be noted that Mr. Stewart has misspelled Grover T. Russell's last name as "Russel." A typed letter on a letterhead for the Blankenhorn-Hunter Company. In response to Mr. Russell's earlier letter, Mr. Stewart thanks Mr. Russell for providing revised prices on some North Whittier Heights properties. Mr. Stewart states that he would like to co-operate in the sale of the North Whittier Heights tract if an oppurtunity for him to do so comes along. With creases, minor moisture damage, minor foxing, and minor acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
