Description

A letter from Cynthia Temple to F.P.F. Temple, 15 July 1856. F.P.F.'s sister acknowledged his missive of 18 May and noted her recent letters, which included an account of the death of their mother, Lucinda Parker, but she reiterated the circumstances in this correspondence, as well. She also discussed a potential trip home by F.P.F., her own fragile health, a desire for a monument for their parents, family news, and happiness that their nephew Thornton was working out as an employee of F.P.F. With some stains, minor discoloration, creases, and light wear, the condition is good.
