A typed letter on letter head from Torrance, Marshall & Company. A letter acknowledging the receipt of a letter and contract for Mark Donald McCaslin on the 12th of January. Mr. McCaslin bought Lot 41 on tract 2421, which consists of 7.16 acres. A temporary contract is being sent to Mr. Hart.
