A typed letter copy, regarding an unpaid invoice. D. MacPherson Boyd received a letter from C.C Pierce and Company regarding an invoice they send on 23 December for $14, which has remained unpaid. The company sent a duplicate invoice, which Mr. Boyd is forwarding to E.G. Hart. According to the letter, the invoice is for work done for Mr. Russell. Mr. Boyd asks that Mr. Hart okay a payment so they can get this debt settled. The top of the paper has an address of 111 West Forth Street in Los Angeles, California.
There are creases from the letter being folded, discoloration on the right side, creases on the left side (possibly from being handled), and the back has an acid burn on the right side and abrasion damage along the folds.
