A letter from D.M. Guyivich in Chicago, Illinois to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 19 March 1915. Mr. Guyivich asks for Mr. Hart to send him a descriptive folder with a map of Southern California and information about the North Whittier Heights land as well as the terms for purchasing the land. With two creases from the top to the bottom of the document, a crease from left to right, and three stains along the right side of the paper along with some discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
