Description
A letter from Dave Ferner, Star Loan and Broker Office, Los Angeles, 19 December 1887. The personal correspondence is on the letterhead of a pawn shop established by Ferner's father and, after Simon Ferner's death, the business was run by the widow, Risa. With dogeared corners, creases, rubbing, a tear along a fold, some small stains and soiling, the overall condition is fair.
