A letter from E.C. Day in Paso Robles, California to E.G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 9 November 1913.
A written letter on letter head from Paso Robles Hot Springs. E.C. Day writes that he received literature on North Whittier Heights. He would like about 3 acres in the southern end of lot 120 or 121, provided water can be guaranteed. Mr. Day would like to know the price and what the minimum down payment and quarterly payments.
The top of the letter head has an image of a multi-storied building. Below the image reads "Paso Robles Hot Springs / Paso Robles, California. To the left is a note that this is Americas famous inland watering resort. To the right is the name of the manager, Frank W. Sawyer. Above the photo reads "Where the Waters, Baths and Climate Excel / Golf, Tennis, Horseback Riding, and Every Variety of Outdoor Amusement."
There are heavy creases from the letter being folded, minor creases (probably from being handled), soiling on the top left and top right corners, and there is abrasion damage along the folds both front and back. This object is in good condition overall.
