Description

A letter from Edward Carr in Yucca, Arizona to the Whittier Extension Company. 21 December, ca. 1910-1924. In response to an earlier letter from the Whittier Extension Company, Mr. Carr states that he has a favorable opinion of the lot discussed by the company; however, he is concerned that its climate conditions may not be satisfactory. Mr. Carr thanks the company for its offer, but states that he would like to learn more about Southern California's citrus sections before deciding where to buy a home. Mr. Carr also clarifies that he would likely pay in cash if he buys a lot. With a crease, a fold, moderate discoloration, and minor stains, the object is in good condition overall.
