A typed letter on letterhead for Edwin G. Hart. There will be a Meeting of Directors of the El Campo Land Company on the 19th of September at 9:00 a.m. at the Union Oil Building. The meeting is to declare a dividend and any other business.
The top center reads "Edwin G. Hart / Real Estate and Investments / 917-923 Union Oil Building / Los Angeles, Cal." The top left corner gives the type of property Mr. Hart handles. The top right tells that he is a member of the L.A. Realty Board and gives the phone numbers of Home 10421 and Sunset Main 2606.
There are creases from the letter being folded, discoloration on the right side, and the back has abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in good condition overall.
