A letter from Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California to Russell & Maple in Whittier, California. 5 May 1920. A typed letter on a letterhead for Edwin G. Hart, a real estate and investments agent. Perry M. Allen has signed this letter, indicating that he authored it on behalf of Mr. Hart. Mr. Allen states that, as requested, he is sending a pencil copy of the Reynolds property to Mr. Russell and Mr. Maple which is marked with the prices and approximate acreages of its pieces. Mr. Allen also explains that the upper pieces on the easterly side do not have set prices, and that a 4% commission will be given to Mr. Russell and Mr. Maple if they sell any piece.
