A letter from Edwin G. Hart in Samuel L. Gross in Whittier, California. 19 May 1915. Mr. Hart states that Mr. Gross can list his property with the Whittier Extension Company. Mr. Gross can then provide his terms of sale and the office will try to turn over the property on his behalf, accepting a 5 percent commission as compensation. With a prominent water stain, minor discoloration, and smudged ink stains, the object is in good to fair condition overall.
