Description
A letter from Edwin G. Hart of Whittier Extension Company to John Griffin of Lake Odessa, Michigan, 15 June 1913. A descriptive folder of North Whittier Heights is being sent to Mr. Griffin, which includes a map of Southern California showing the location of the property and a map showing the subdivided plots. Land has been divided into 5 and 50 acre tracts and costs $500 to $800 an acre with cheaper land needing more leveling. Mr. Hart has noticed that Mr. Griffin has requested information on several citrus properties of the past three years and would like to know exactly what he is looking for. With holes from a straight pin, creases, water damage, and early stages of foxing, the object is in good overall condition.
