A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 4 December 1913.
A typed letter informing D. Boyd that a check for $21.39, is being sent to his office with Mr. Wheeler. The check was paid by Willie Oakley, who wishes $20 to go toward the principle and interest and $1.39 to go toward the property tax. Mr. Hart closes the letter, by asking him to send a receipt to Mr. Oakley.
There are tears along the bottom and right side, crease along the bottom, discoloration on the right side, and black spots of an unknown substance on the right side. This object is in fair condition overall.
