A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 1 February 1915. Mr. Hart states that a contract with George Merritt and Floyd C. Merritt for lot 25 in tract 2421 of the North Whittier Heights property has been enclosed with this letter, as well as a draft from Union National Bank of San Luis Obisp, California for $1207.50 for the first one-fifth of the purchase price of the property. With moderate discoloration and minor tears, the object is in good condition overall.
