A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 12 March 1914.
A typed letter copy, where a $30 money order was sent to D.M. Boyd to be credited to Lot 42 of Tract 2421, which was sold to W. Oakley. Edwin Hart asks that a receipt be mailed to Mr. Oakley.
There is discoloration on the right side, minor creases on the left side, and abrasion damage on the bottom edge. This object is in good condition overall.
