A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 13 August 1914.
A typed letter copy, which states a duplicate contract, for Lot 50 in Tract 1953, was enclosed. This land was sold to Ralph Martin and his wife Gertrude I. Martin. There is also a receipt for 3717 citrus trees, per the terms of the contract. Mr. Hart asks the Mr. Boyd notify Mr. Sheedy, so the water stock can be issued.
There is some damage on the bottom left coverage, and discoloration on the top, bottom and right side. This object is in good condition overall.
