A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 17 March 1914.
A typed letter copy regarding the sale of land. A contract for the sale of Lot 66 in Tract 1953 of the North Whittier Heights subdivision was enclosed. This land was sold to F.C. Myers and W.B. Myers of Covina. They have sold 1088 citrus trees as their 1/5 payment on the property. Also, Mr. Hart has agreed to extend payment, which is now due, on the purchase of Lot 11 in Tract 2472. Lucy Finch and O.M. Finch failed to secure some expected money and their due date has been extended to 23 June 1914.
There is an acid burn on the top and right side. This object is in good condition overall.
