A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 18 October 1914.
A typed letter copy stating that a duplicate contract for Lee L. Grey is enclosed. There is also a mortgage from Mabel Eddie Grey, Lee's mom, which was given as collateral for the 1st payment. Mr. Grey bought Lot 32 in Tract 2421. Mr. Hart would like Mr. Boyd to have the mortgage recorded as soon as possible and to let Mr. Sheedy know to send out the water stock with receipt.
There is a small tear on the left side, a fold of the bottom left corner, creases in the top left corner, and discoloration on all sides. This object is in good condition overall.
