A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 19 November 1913.
A typed letter in which a check for $102.45 from Mr. H.M. Jordan was forwarded to D.M. Boyd to pay the interest on lot 92 of North Whittier Heights. The lot was sold to Gustavus A. Deaver who then sold it to Mr. Jordan, but Mr. Jordan does not receive notices regarding payments of interest because Mr. Boyd's office has not transferred the title to Mr. Jordan. Edwin Hart asks that the $102.45 be applied to the taxes and a receipt be sent to Mr. Jordan.
There are some creases on the left side and bottom, a small tear on the right side, and discoloration along the top. This object is in good condition overall.
