A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 21 July 1914.
A typed letter copy in which a statement for care and water on lot 101 in tract 1953 of North Whittier Heights is enclosed. This lot is owned by W.A. Jameson and his wife. The company has a contract for care at so much per acre, per year. According to the contract, Mr. Jameson will owe for 6 months work on August 9th, as well as 6 months interest. Mr. Hart would like a statement for what is due so he can get this settled before Mr. Jameson's trip. The statement for how much Mr. Jameson owes for water can be a separate statement from the care of the orchards.
There is damage on the left edge, a small tear in the upper left, and discoloration on all sides. This object is in good condition overall.
