A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 22 April 1914.
A typed letter copy regarding the sale of land in North Whittier Heights. Lot 81 and 82 of tract 1953 was sold to G.C. Smith and Lottie Bell Smith. With the letter was a contract signed by the purchasers and officers of the Whittier Extension Company. There was also a check for $861.14 to cover the down payment. Commission for lot 82 is to go 3.5% to Grover T. Russell and 2.5% to H.B. Farmer. Commission for lot 81 is to go 3.5% to Grover T. Russell and 2.5% to H.B. Farmer. Mr. Sheedy would like to be contacted when the contracts have been issued so he can send the water bond.
There is discoloration on all sides. This object is in good condition overall.
