A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 26 January 1914.
A typed letter mailed with a contract to Lot 80 of tract 1953 of the North Whittier Heights subdivision signed by Walter Dudley Burris, the pumping engineer on the property. The contract calls for a payment of $85 a month starting the 1st of February. Mr. Burris would like this to come out of his monthly salary and credited to this contract, a receipt to be mailed to him monthly.
There is discoloration on the top and right side, and minor creases all over. This object is in good condition overall.
