A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 27 April 1914.
A typed letter copy regarding the sale of property in North Whittier Heights. Enclosed is a contract for lot 48 of tract 1953, which was sold to J.M. Frazier and Lena J. Frazier for $791.55. The money was sent to D.M. Boyd at a previous date. Mr. Sheedy should be notified of this contract so a water bond can be issued.
There are creases on the left side, a small tear on the left edge, early signs of foxing on the left side, and discoloration on the right side. This object was in good condition overall.
