A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 27 January 1915. Mr. Hart explains that a statement of how much A. B. and Clark Rogers have made from lots 67 and 68 of tract 1953 has been enclosed with this letter. Mr. Hart instructs Mr. Boyd to compensate them with $183.36 on a payment on the principal and to credit the balance on their interest account. Mr. Hart has sent a duplicate statement of the money due to A. B. and Clark Rogers. There are some minor tears on the right side and minor discoloration on the top, left, and right sides. The object is in good condition overall.
