A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 29 May 1914.
A typed letter copy stating that a contract for Dr. W.E. Smith on Lot 11 in Tract 2472 of North Whittier Heights is enclosed. The old contract listed Olen Finch and Lucy Finch as the owners. They sold to James Ortegal who then sold to Dr. Smith. The old contracts can be cancelled as they have been replaced with the new contract.
There is discoloration on all sides. This object is in good condition overall.
