A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 3 April 1914.
A typed letter draft which was sent to D.M. Boyd. Enclosed were the contracts for Lot 96 in tract 1953 of North Whittier Heights. which was bought by Charles Peterson and his wife Edith M. Peterson. The contract has been signed by the Whittier Extension Company and the Peterson's. Attached is a check for $250 to cover the initial payment. 6% commission is to be credited to Grover T. Russell.
There is discoloration on the right side, a fold of the upper left corner, a tear on the left side, and creases on the left side. This object is in good condition overall.
