A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 3 November 1914.
A typed letter copy stating that a contract with George S. Weinshank, for Lot 17 in Tract 1953 of North Whittier Heights is enclosed. Enclosed is also receipted contracts for 1000 walnuts and 1500 lemon trees. Mr. Hart asks that Mr. Boyd informs Mr. Sheedy of the sale so he can send the water stock. Also, 6% commission should go to Grover T. Russell. There are creases in the top left corner, a fold of the bottom left corner and discoloration on the sides. This object is in good condition overall.
