A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 30 March 1914.
A typed letter copy, where a contract for Lot 10 in tract 2472 of North Whittier Heights was sent to D.M. Boyd. The contract is for Albert N. Chamness and has been signed by the Whittier Extension Company and Mr. Chamness. There is also a check for $912, made out to the Whittier Extension Company, which is to pay the 1/5 down for Mr. Chamness. The 6% commission is to be credited to the account of Grover T. Russell.
There is discoloration along the top and right side, browning along the top and top left corner, a tear on the left side and 2 small tears on the right side, and creases on the left side. This object is in fair condition overall.
