A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 6 August 1914.
A typed letter regarding the interest owed by Walter Dudley Burris. Mr. Burris bought Lot 80 in Tract 1953 of North Whittier Heights. The original contract was drawn up on the 22nd of December 1913, when negotiations began, but the deal was not closed until the 1st of February 1914. Mr. Hart is asking the interest due be re-calculated effective the 1st of February.
There are minor creases in the left corners, damage to the top right corner, and discoloration on the right side. This object is in good condition overall.
