A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 9 May 1914.
A typed letter draft, which included the contracts for lots 67 and 68 of tract 1953 of North Whittier Heights, sold to A.B. and Clark Rogers. Attached is a receipt for 900 Valencia Oranges which was taken as part payment for the sale of the land, a memorandum of the understanding of land being leased for bean growth, and letter showing receipt of water stock and by-laws. A 6% commission for the sale of this property is to be mailed to Grover T. Russell.
There are creases in the top left corner, small tears on the right edge, and discoloration on the top and right side. This object is in good condition overall.
