Description
A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd. 1 February 1915. Mr. Hart states that a contract for lot 45 in tract 1953 of the North Whittier Heights property has been enclosed with this letter along with a receipted tree contract. Both contracts were closed with William F. Krueger and W.L. West. With moderate discoloration, minor flaking, and minor tears the object is in good to fair condition overall.
