Description
A letter from Edwin G. Hart to D.M. Boyd. 1 February 1915. Mr. Hart informs Mr. Boyd that he has enclosed a check for $300 from Thomas E. Wharton with this letter. The check is a payment on a principal for lot 77 in tract 1953, which Mr. Wharton acquired from Mae Mather Giliam. Mr. Hart agrees that, with the delivery of this check, Mr. Wharton will be allowed until April 27th to meet past due payments on the contract. With flaking, severe tears, missing pieces, and severe discoloration, the object is in poor condition.
