A letter from Edwin G. Hart to Earl H. De Ment in Whittier, California. 17 May 1915. Mr. Hart states that Mr. Ment can list his property with the Whittier Extension Company. Mr. Ment can then provide his terms of sale and the office will try to turn over the property on his behalf, accepting a 5 percent commission as compensation. With some discoloration on the right edge, the object is in good condition overall.
