Description
A letter from Edwin G. Hart to Ed Gorsline of the Arcadia Lumber Company, Arcadia, California, 6 March 1913. Mr. Hart will send an information folder and maps for the subdivision in North Whittier Heights in a separate letter. The Pollard Brothers planted 20,000 high class lemon and orange trees on some of the land which has been subdivided into 5 to 40 acre tracts and are being sold at $700 an acre for unplanted and $865 an acre for planted land. Terms of purchase and improvement information is given. With general yellowing, holes, a small tear, and wear, the object is in good overall condition.
