A letter from Edwin G. Hart to J.M. Frazier in Hemet, California. 19 May 1915. Mr. Hart states that Mr. Frazier can list his property with the Whittier Extension Company. Mr. Frazier can then provide his terms of sale and the office will try to turn over the property on his behalf, accepting a 5 percent commission as compensation. With a stain at the top right, minor discoloration, and a minor tear on the left side, the object is in good condition overall.
