A letter from Edwin G. Hart to Mr. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 6 October 1913.
A typed letter stating that Mr. Wheeler will be taking $70 to Mr. Boyd which is to be credited to Willie Oakley's contract for property in North Whittier Heights. Mr. Oakley is to pay $30 a month, including interest, toward the principal. Mr. Hart and Mr. Oakley have made an agreement that Mr. Oakley is able to may more per month, as a reserve. This way if Mr. Oakley comes across hard times and can not pay, the monthly payment will be taken from the reserve.
There is discoloration on the left side, and warping / creases on the left side (possibly from the object being handled). This object is in good condition overall.
