A letter from Edwin G. Hart to Mrs. Sophie Evans in Whittier, California. 19 May 1915. Mr. Hart states that Mrs. Evans can list her property with the Whittier Extension Company. Mrs. Evans can then provide her terms of sale and the office will try to turn over the property on her behalf, accepting a 5 percent commission as compensation.
