A letter from Edwin G. Hart to Rev. G.W. Coultas in Whittier, California. 17 May 1915. Mr. Hart states that Mr. Coultas can list his property with the Whittier Extension Company. Mr. Coultas can then provide his terms of sale and the office will try to turn over the property on his behalf, accepting a 5 percent commission as compensation. With some wear on the left side, a small tear on the right side, and an acid burn at the top edge, the object is in good condition overall.
