A letter from Edwin G. Hart to Robert B. Armstrong. 7 April 1915. Mr. Hart confirms that Mr. Armstrong's previous letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.819) has been received, and then outlines the arrangements that could be made with the agents at the Robert B. Armstrong Company if they begin to sell the North Whittier Heights or Valencia properties. Agents would get two and a half percent commissions on sales wherein they refer the prospective buyers to Mr. Hart's office, and five percent commissions on sales wherein they handle their own prospects. Mr. Hart offers to take Mr. Armstrong to see the North Whittier Heights and Valencia properties, and hopes that the two companies can cooperate going forward. With acid burns on the left and bottom sides, tears on the left and right sides, and creasing, the object is in good to fair condition overall.
