A letter from Edwin G. Hart to Thos. Deaver in Puente, California. 17 May 1915. Mr. Hart explains that Mr. Deaver can list his property with the Whittier Extension Company. Mr. Deaver will then have to provide his terms of sale and the office will try to turn over the property on his behalf, expecting a 5 percent commission as compensation. With possible foxing, a pencil mark, and slight discoloration at the edges, the object is in good condition overall.
