A letter from Edwin G. Hart to W.Z. Foster in Whittier, California. 19 May 1915. Mr. Hart states that Mr. Foster can list his property with the Whittier Extension Company. Mr. Foster can then provide his terms of sale and the office will try to turn over the property on his behalf, accepting a 5 percent commission as compensation. With minor discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
