A letter from Edwin G. Hart to William De Bolt in Whittier, California. 19 May 1915. Mr. Hart states that Mr. Bolt can list his property with the Whittier Extension Company. Mr. Bolt can then provide his terms of sale and the office will try to turn over the property on his behalf, accepting a 5 percent commission as compensation. With a prominent water stain and minor discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
