Description
A letter from Emma Sweeney in New York City, New York to Mr. Hart. 7 July 1916. Mr. Sweeney states that she has spoken with and given the figures to an unknown party regarding two lands, including a 23 acre property. Mrs. Sweeney informs Mr. Hart that the party intends to come see the property in summer and insists that he will likely make an investment. Mrs. Sweeney asks that she receive the same commission which is typically given by Mr. Hart's firm and also requests some literature from the Whittier Chamber of Commerce. With minor acid burns, early signs of foxing, pin holes, a crease, and a fold, the object is in good condition overall.
