A letter from F.C. Westover in Aurora, Illinois to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 20 March 1915. Mr. Westover is requesting a descriptive folder with a map of Southern California. Mr. Westover is considering an investment in orange or lemon land. Some of the ink in the text of the document has become smudged. With one crease from top to bottom and three from left to right, a fold in the top right corner, a small tear at the bottom left, discoloration on the back, right side and multiple small stains, the object is in good condition overall.
