Description
A letter from F.M. Neuman to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California, 24 June 1913. Mr. Neuman saw an advertisement for North Whittier Heights in the Los Angeles Times on 15 June 1913 and would like a descriptive folder. He will be moving to the area in a few months and is interested in 10 to 50 acres, wanting to know the price for both planted and unplanted land, if there is a price difference in buying 5 acres verses 40 acres, and terms of purchase. With holes from a straight pin, creases, a fold, tears, browning, and wear, the object is in fair overall condition.
