Description
A letter from F.Z. King in Clearwater, California to Edwin G. Pratt [sic] in Los Angeles, California. 28 February 1916. The recipient of this letter was most likely Edwin G. Hart, but Mr. King has misspelled his name as Edwin G. Pratt. Mr. King is acting as an agent for a friend who wishes to exchange his Hollywood bungalows for property in East [sic] Whittier Heights. Mr. King is most likely referring to the North Whittier Heights subdivision. Mr. King asks whether such a deal would be possible. With creases, pin holes, minor acid burns, a minor fold, a minor tear, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition.
