A written letter regarding lemon trees. Mr. Thompson said Grover T. Russell would like some lemon trees to replant Mrs. Scharenberg trees. Floyd D. Jordan will sell lemon trees to Mr. Russell for 76 cents. He informs Mr. Russell that he will need to sell them a little higher if he wishes to make a commission.
There are creases from the letter being folded, browning along the top, and abrasion damage on the back along the folds. This letter is in good condition overall.
