Description
A letter from Frank C. Puerner in Puente, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 15 November 1916. In reference to his prior conversation with Mr. Hart, Mr. Puerner states that he has decided to sell 2.75 acres of his property in North Whittier Heights, which he has priced at $1,300 per acre along with an additional $1,000 for its house and garage. Mr. Puerner notes that the land is planted to Valencia oranges and lemons. There is a handwritten note at the bottom of the page, but the text is hard to discern. With creases, minor acid burns, minor foxing, and minor tears, the object is in good condition overall.
