A written letter on letter head from Pacific Light & Power Company. The letter is regarding North Whittier Heights. Frank Drew saw Mr. Hart's ad and would like a letter with the price and terms of land.
The letter head has the company name and address in the top center. It reads "Pacific Light & Power Company / 255 East Third St. / Address all communications to the Co. Los Angeles, California. The top left tells that the general office is at 624 Pacific Electric Building. The top right corner reads "Office / Superintendent / Operating Dep't. / Complaints / Renewals / Home A 1140 / Main 4001."
There are creases from the letter being folded, a pink line at the top right, warping on the right side, discoloration on the right side, minor rust damage on the top left corner. This object is in good condition overall.
