Description
A letter from Frank P. Flint to Los Angeles Investment Company stockholders, 15 December 1923. On company letterhead with the names of Flint and other company officers, the missive informs recipients that only a fraction of shareholders were represented at company meetings, making it difficult to conduct business without a quorum. He presses stockholders to attend and gives the date of the next meeting. With many creases, third folds, a tear at the edge of one of the latter and some light soiling, the condition is fair.
